Meeting 12/15

1. Hyannis Meeting

2. Next week’s eboard meeting will be a mandatory meeting for everyone attending Hyannis

3. Tuesday 12/20 at 7:05 am

4. Christmas Basket

5. Items are due Wednesday/Thursday to Mrs. Khalaf’s room

6. Bring baked goods on Thursday so they are the freshest. All other items should be brought on Wednesday.

7. Mrs. Khalaf will bring the basket to the church next Thursday during D block

8. Teacher Gifts

9. Sevrina is buying the wrapping paper this Friday

10. They will be assembled over the weekend and on Monday

11. Day to pass out: Monday or Tuesday after school

12. We need generic winter/holiday cards to go with each one

13. Elizabeth will look for cards

14. We could use student council christmas cards instead

15. Volunteers

18. First payment is due Thursday 12/22

19. The top ten project was submitted

20. We need to come up with fundraisers to help fund the trip

22. Yankee Swap Thursday

23. At next thursday’s meeting we will be doing an optional yankee swap

24. Gifts from $5-$10

25. Christmas Cards

26. We could use these cards with the picture of the council from homecoming as the cards for the teacher gifts

27. Excellence Book Meeting

28. Sevrina, Quinn, and Katie need to meet soon

29. Play Comps

30. Scripts are due January 13th to their advisor

31. Scripts are due January 27th to Mrs. Khalaf

32. Classes need to start organizing and writing/buying a script ASAP

33. The freshman and sophomore classes should ask the older kids for assistance if they need help coming up with a timeline to get everything done.

35. Club pictures for the yearbook are next Tuesday during A block
